What is the fee for the rental list?
$60 for 90 days of unlimited access to our listings through our website.
Why didn’t I get a password when I signed up on the website?
Be sure once you put in all your credit card information you follow the prompt to set up your member ID and password. If you have not received your member ID or password, please contact us immediately 818-793-7368 or email us at help@ezrentlist.com.
I cannot login as a member!
Please contact us immediately. It is your responsibility as a member to contact us if you cannot login as a member [in many cases, the member ID or password is misspelled or incorrectly entered]. We will assist you immediately.

Where do I put my member ID and password to log-in?

When does the membership expire?
Your membership expires 90 days from the date you signed-up.
How often does your new lists come out?
Our new listings come out every day [7 days a week], all day long.
Is 90 days the shortest membership you can get?
Yes. It is our hope you will not need the service for more than 90 days, most people tend to find something within the first 10 days.
Can I pay for the listings after I find the place?
No. We provide our rental listings after you pay for the fee.
Can I get the listings through the mail?
No. By the time you received the rental listings through the mail the listings will be out of date [RENTED].
I cannot find what I’m looking for!
Please notify us immediately. Provide the structure type, area, number of bedrooms, and maximum rent & your contact information and we will contact you.
The landlord/manager does not want me to run the credit check with EZRentlist.com. What do I do?
You must run your credit report with the landlord/manager. EZRentList.com will only process credit checks with landlord/manager approval. Landlords/managers & member must submit all necessary documents and fill out all applications/forms in full for EZRentList.com to process the credit check.
