Credit checks are FREE only to landlords.

You may fax [818-793-7384], mail or hand deliver [5805 Sepulveda Blvd., Suite 605, Van Nuys, CA 91411] the signed application to EZRentList.com. Please make all applications attn.: Credit Check Department.

We do not process FREE credit checks for Shared Rentals.
|
|
Only Landlords/Owners submitting an EZRentList member's application may receive FREE credit checks. We do not process credit checks for Shared Rentals / Room for Rent.

All applications must be signed & completed by the prospective tenant and landlord.
|
|
Your prospective tenant must be an EZRentList member to obtain FREE credit checks. There is a fee for processing credit checks for non-members. Please allow 1 to 4 hours to process the credit check.
